Full-time Wellness and Homecare Coordinator – Seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Residential Wellness & Homecare team.  This key position will be responsible for the resident Wellness and Homecare offices by providing nursing support and medical management services to maintain resident independence.  The ideal candidate must have excellent assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills; be highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; have demonstrated strong ability and experience to oversee our new in-house Homecare services with demonstrated PC skills.  Click Here to Apply
